If something feels urgent
Frankie is not medical care and cannot respond to emergencies. If you are worried about yourself or your baby, contact your maternity unit or care team now, or call 000.

Subscriptions and billing
Cancel or change your plan. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Frankie. On Android, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Passes do not renew.
Restore a purchase. Sign in to Frankie with the same account, open the plan screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
Refunds. Apple and Google handle payments, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account and data
Delete your account. In the app, open Settings → Account → Remove this account. This permanently removes your profile, chats, documents, journal, recordings and plans. Cancel any subscription separately in your Apple or Google settings.
No longer have the app? Email privacy@frankieapp.org from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email. Encrypted backups roll over within a short period; see the Privacy Policy for what is kept and why.
Delete some of your data. You can delete individual chats, documents, journal entries, appointments (including their recordings) and plans from each item in the app, without closing your account. To ask us to delete other data, email privacy@frankieapp.org from the address on your account.
Get a copy of your data. Email privacy@frankieapp.org from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
Forgot your password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email link.
Partner Mode
Invite a partner from Settings → Invite your partner. They only see your pregnancy basics and the documents you mark as shared. You can unlink them at any time.
