These Terms govern your use of Frankie. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who may use Frankie
You must be 18 or older to create an account or join as a partner. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Frankie is not medical care
Frankie is a pregnancy companion for information and organisation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content may be incomplete or incorrect. Always follow your clinician. If something feels urgent, call 000 or your care team.
Your health information
Frankie handles sensitive health information. You must complete the in-app health information consent before using features that process health data (such as chat, document scan, or visit recording). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, access others’ accounts, record people without permission where required by law, or misrepresent Frankie’s output as professional medical advice. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Partner Mode
If you invite a partner, you control what they can see. Partners must also accept these Terms and complete consent.
Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Frankie is not liable for indirect loss or for reliance on app content instead of professional care. Nothing here excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in the app or by email.
